Title: Global Inventory Lead
Summary: A leader in the life sciences and manufacturing space is looking to bring on an Inventory Lead to its team in the Minneapolis area. This client specializes in manufacturing a variety of products for bio-medical testing. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing inventory processes and driving continuous improvement efforts.
The Leader's Responsibilities:
- Establish inventory procedures to ensure inventory accuracy across all plants
- Ensure inventory reporting is in compliance with company regulations
- Drive lean programs to promote inventory optimization
- Implement KPIs to track inventory metrics and identify root cause analysis and improvement areas
- Drive cross-collaboration across Supply Chain teams to align inventory goals and accuracy
The Leader's Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Inventory Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle, Power BI, and analytical tools
- APICS Certification preferred
