Key Responsibilities:
- Leading sourcing for indirect categories (HR, legal, professional services, labor, etc.)
- Develop and implement category strategies to achieve cost savings and value creation.
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFP development, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Utilize procurement software such as Oracle and Ariba to streamline sourcing activities and ensure compliance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience with indirect categories.
- Proven experience with RFP processes and supplier negotiations.
- Deep understanding of category management principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using procurement software such as Oracle and Ariba.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL 3 days a week
