I am currently working with one of the world's leading fashion companies who are seeking a driven and experienced individual to take on the role as Global Leader of Logistics and Transportation. This exciting position will have a global reach with a focus on strategic development.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic company development across a global scope
- Lead an international team in day-to-day logistic needs with 5-10 direct reports
- Coordinate with Warehouse operations
- Focus on optimising efficiency across the supply chain, working with multi-functional teams
- Manage teams in a fast-paced environment with international reach and leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or another related field.
- 8+ years experience in Supply Chain leadership
- Experience in Supply Chains in e-commerce and/or fast-moving consumer goods sectors preferred but not essential
- Experience of leading with a global scope
- A natural leader with confidence in being responsible for large teams
- Experience and ability to work on a global field
