Responsibilities
- Lead production planning and control, ensuring team alignment and efficient resource utilisation.
- Maximise production control by balancing internal and external processes for cost-efficient outcomes.
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with customer requirements.
- Analyse and enhance supply chain processes, developing strategies for digitisation and supplier management for outsourced operations.
- Develop and implement KPIs, analyse results, and take proactive measures to enhance productivity.
- Create and execute backlog reduction plans.
Profile
- Degree in industrial engineering, production planning/logistics, or similar.
- Extensive experience in strategic production planning/control.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, change-driven mindset.
- Background in lean management/operational excellence.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, structured approach, and proactive thinking.
- Proficiency in English; SAP experience is a plus.
