A leading packaging company in the Greater Toronto area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team in their state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of maintenance professionals within a renowned organization.
The Maintenance Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure maintenance operations are completed safely and efficiently
- Train staff and contract maintenance employees
- Collaborate with other department leaders
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive strategic
- Oversee facility maintenance budget
The Maintenance Manager will have the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in maintenance leadership
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing techniques
- Six Sigma certifications a plus
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or similar Engineering degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
- Experience within packaging, corrugated packaging and pulp and paper mills a plus
