Responsibilities:
- Efficiently troubleshoot machines and systems, determine necessary spare parts, and ensure timely replacements.
- Maintain production facility functionality through maintenance and repairs, developing effective maintenance strategies.
- Plan and manage budgets, continuously improving maintenance organisation and planning.
- Supervise, instruct, and monitor external contractors and internal personnel, focusing on professional development and training.
- Utilise maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF), conduct Pareto analyses of unplanned down times, and develop action plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or technical training in mechanical, industrial, or automation engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of management experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Expertise in TPM, project management, Kaizen, 5S, and familiarity with QM system ISO TS 16949.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and skilled in using SAP/MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systematic thinking skills.
- Organised, meticulous, independent, proactive, and responsible.
