Your role will entail:
- **Strategic Oversight**: Ensure smooth operation by managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and teams.
- **Facility Management**: Oversee all aspects of facility upkeep including machinery repairs, upgrades & safety protocols.
- **Project Support**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during project development phases of new construction topics.
-**Regulation & Compliance**: Support and ensure all industry and facility standards are met.
The ideal candidate should exhibit:
- An extensive background related directly to electrical engineering or similar fields demonstrating strong leadership capabilities within industrial settings.

- Background in Electrical Engineering, with completed training as Technician, expert or bachelors or masters degree.
- Several years in a leadership position.
- Several years in a maintenance position.
- Can communicate in German and English.
