DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Global Aerospace Component Manufacturer out of the Valdosta, GA area. They are looking to bring on a new Manufacturing Engineer.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
- Formulate efficient manufacturing process plans in collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams, outlining the sequence, techniques, equipment, tooling, and specifications essential for product fabrication.
- Design, develop, document, analyze, write, and test CNC programs to manufacture high-quality parts within the specified schedule and at minimum cost.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues, provide clarifications, or implement modifications to blueprints and other supplied data.
- Establish procedures to control and standardize manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate and analyze specifications for new equipment/machinery, selecting options that optimize quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop repair plans for customer returns (RMRs) and MRB products.
- Provide efficient, effective, and timely responses to customer engineering changes and requests (CNRs).
- Prepare cost estimates for products, tooling, equipment, and processes to enhance pricing and production efficiency.
- Conduct tests on vendor-furnished tools to assess their efficiency.
- Investigate and analyze tools, processes, and equipment to reduce manufacturing costs.
- Analyze and interpret customer blueprints' data to determine optimal approaches for manufacturing and inspection.

- Engineering and manufacturing process expertise to meet job requirements.
Required Skills:
- Education: 4 Year Engineering Degree Required
- 1-5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering Environment
- CNC Machining knowledge
