Title: Process Engineering Manager

DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Chemicals company who is looking to add an experienced Process Engineering Manager to their team.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains monthly, quarterly and annual operations report
- Assists with project planning and project management; initiates small capital upgrades as requested
- Improves process capability volume; maintains and improves quality standards; develops innovative solutions. Develops and implements operating disciplines that result in safe and efficient plant operation.
- Evaluates manufacturing systems; proposes and implements improvements on processes or equipment as appropriate
- Serves as mentor/direct manager to lower- level engineers; assists with their training as required
Requirements:
- B.S in Chemical Engineering, M.S preferred
- 15 plus years of Ethylene (Cracker) plant operations or LNG experience, in a large petrochemical plant operation
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
- Six sigma Green or Black Bet
