This permanent role focuses on Injection Molding - a critical process at the heart of an innovative product line aimed at saving lives.
As a key player, you will be expected to bring tooling prowess and leadership skills into a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a SME in overseeing all injection molding processes
- Lead an engineering team of 5+ employees
- Own the responsibility of both new and existing tools for process improvement and cycle time optimization
Required Skills:
**Injection Molding**: Experience managing or supervising injection molding operations, particularly within medical devices where precision is paramount.
**Engineering Leadership**: Proven ability to guide cross-functional engineering teams towards achieving production goals effectively and efficiently.
**Process Engineer Expertise**: Solid understanding of process optimization techniques aimed at improving productivity without compromising quality or safety norms inherent in medical device manufacturing procedures.
Pay & Benefits:
- Base salary between $115,000 - $130,000 + 10% bonus
