Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and EHS leadership.
- Troubleshoot process and mechanical systems.
- Enforce safety policies.
- Focus on process improvement.
- Train and guide staff.
- Assist in updating procedures.
- Lead emergency response efforts.
- Communicate with plant management.
- Maintain mechanical reliability knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years in petroleum/chemical manufacturing.
- 3+ years in supervision.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and build relationships.
- Confidence in decision-making and adherence to procedures.
