- Form and lead teams to minimize equipment downtime, reduce setup time, and enhance throughputs and yield

- Drive and manage improvement projects, presenting results to production management
- Evaluate and provide feedback on employee performance, implementing progressive discipline when necessary
- Administer the collective bargaining agreement, professionally resolving labor grievances
- Ensure thorough employee training and identify additional needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience within industrial manufacturing
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
