A leading food production company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their state-of-the-art facility in Wenatchee, WA. As a member of this organization, you will have the opportunity to ensure all production activities are completed efficiently while working with qualified professionals.
The Production Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
- Document accurate manufacturing records and statistics
- Monitor KPI's
- Train production personnel
- Oversee inspections of facility machinery
- Collaborate with other department leaders as required
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure cGMP compliance
- Participate in production meetings
The Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- LEAN / Six Sigma Certifications a plus
- Working knowledge of OSHA and FDA regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory planning, and other production system variables
