Quality Supervisor - Night Shift
QA Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Facilitate effective communication within the quality team and across other departments.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and employee development.
- Supervise production processes, manage resources, and ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Lead safety initiatives, document and investigate incidents, and address potential risks.
QA Supervisor should have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience and 5+ years in quality assurance within the food industry.
- Expertise in food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP) and quality lab processes.
