Summary for the Regional Operations Manager:
DSJ Global is currently partnered with a rapidly growing organization that is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to help their newly acquired district. The Regional Operations Manager will have oversight of over 50 retail locations in Pennsylvania, and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of all stores within the region. The duties will include managing store performance, implementing operational policies, and coordinating with store managers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Regional Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to locations, with or without District Managers, to provide recommendations for maximizing potential profits.
- Ensure that all locations in the region adhere to corporate guidelines, objectives, and company policies and procedures.
- Verify that all marketing objectives align with corporate directives.
- Monitor budgets, cash loss, merchandise shrinkage, labor controls, and location sales.
- Ensure full compliance with all corporate safety guidelines.
- Review plan-o-gram compliance directed by corporate to achieve maximum sales and minimize stock outs.
- Collaborate with various vendors to implement corporate programs aimed at maximizing profitability.
- Assist District Managers with critical decisions related to personnel and marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be open to travel across the region (60-70%).
- At least 5 years of multi-site management leadership.
