Position: Sanitation Supervisor (Day Shift)
Are you ready to lead and innovate? As our Sanitation Supervisor, you'll report directly to the Quality Manager or Plant Manager. Your mission: drive quality improvements across the plant and ensure top-notch food safety compliance. From crafting SSOPs to managing chemical inventories and developing training programs, your role is crucial. We're looking for a leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and influence the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team sharp and informed.
- Analyze data trends to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate across departments to define and enhance sanitation practices.
- Manage chemical inventories with expertise.
- Ensure the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) is completed and audited.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing sanitation roles.
- Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations.
- Preferred certifications: PCQI, HACCP, and internal auditing.
