As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading Agile development methodologies while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Certified scrum master (CSM) certification
- 3+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
Responsibilities:
As our new Scrum Master, your responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Facilitating daily stand-up meetings.
- Managing project timelines by using agile tools such as Jira software.
- Coaching cross-functional teams consisting of product owners & developers etc., through building strong relationships based upon trust, transparency & collaboration.
- Identifying impediments affecting the delivery timeline; communicating these issues promptly upward so they can be resolved quickly before becoming major problems
