What You'll Do:
- Spearhead predictive and preventative maintenance (PPM) programs.
- Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with external suppliers.
- Lead robotic automation projects on turning machines to reduce operator expenses, including:
- Robot-assisted machine loading.
- Transfer automation between operating stages.
- Automated final inspections using cameras or sensors.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
- A strong mechanical engineering background with solid electrical standards.
- Familiarity with forging machines or equipment like Emag is a plus.
- Experience with robotic solutions and automation systems is highly valued.
