Introduction
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to oversee a team of 30 in our client's aerospace manufacturing plant in Sun Valley, California. Our client is a leading aerospace manufacturer that uses CNC machinery and metal fabrication to produce components for the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the plant runs smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Managing the production schedule to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensuring the plant operates within budget
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the production process
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Leading and managing a team of 30
Skills
To be considered for this role, you should have the following skills:
- At least 5 years of experience working with CNC machinery and metal fabrication
- Knowledge of metallurgy
- Strong leadership and management skills
