As the Senior Process Controls Engineer, you will provide expert support in process control engineering, automation, and maintenance at the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include developing and executing maintenance/engineering tools/programs related to systems automation, ensuring cGMP compliance of process equipment and utility systems, directing capital engineering and process improvement projects, and serving as an automation system expert.
Responsibilities of the Senior Process Controls Engineer:
- Experience with Siemens Insight/InfoCenter Building Management System maintenance and management.
- Strong PLC and HMI programming skills, with proven hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Knowledge of process control and machine automation in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with engineering documentation required for cGMP process equipment and Software Lifecycle Documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot, modify, and support all Site Automation Systems.
- Project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Industrial Automation Engineering.
- 5-7 years of solid process engineering/maintenance experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical/biological manufacturing environment, particularly with Siemens Insight/InfoCenter Building Management System.
