A leading Retailer is looking to hire a Sr. Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst in Charlotte, NC. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, developing, testing, training, and implementing solutions to improve Supply Chain Distribution. This individual will aid in the support of key business projects, manage product backlogs, and make product-related decisions based on customer and stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret, analyze, prioritize business requirements, and configure products, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage change management/training activities for Enterprise initiatives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert during business requirements and solutions development for all WMS initiatives, projects, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Conduct detailed work stream analysis to ensure accurate reflection of business and solution requirements during the development phase.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on business solution designs.
- Partner with key stakeholders to integrate UAT test plans into the final integrated Master Test Plan for initiatives, projects, enhancements, or upgrades.
- Catalog detailed test cases for execution and conduct analysis of defects to identify root causes and potential impacts on UAT test schedules.
- Recommend alternatives to minimize delays caused by solution defects.
- Prepare detailed End-User documentation for the configuration and use of all new WMS functionality.
- Analyze WMS production defects, provide detailed analysis to drive expeditious restoration of the operating system, and perform UAT on corrected defects, providing sign-off for system updates.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Related Field.
- 3 years of progressive experience in Engineering/IT/Operations/Project Management/UAT in a multi-unit environment.
- Super User Knowledge of Supply Chain distribution products (WMS, Manhattan/BY WMS, and WFM) for at least 3 years.
- Experience working on projects involving the implementation of software development life cycles (SDLC) for 3 years.
- Advanced knowledge of Distribution Management Systems, RF Functions, Web applications, and Distribution Support methods and Operational operating procedures for at least 3 years.
- Experience working on projects involving the implementation of SDLC and Agile methodologies for 3 years.
- Experience collaborating with design/development teams, both internal and external, and direct experience working with 3rd party software for at least 2 years.
