Sr. Quality Manager
We are looking for a Sr. Quality Manager to join our client in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lab and ensuring the quality of products produced by the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lab and ensure that the testing of products is accurate and efficient
- Set QA and quality planning objectives
- Ensure that the company is meeting ISO/IEC 17025 standards
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that products meet quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Ensure that all lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
Skills
- 6+ years of managing a lab
- Fermentation experience
- ISO/IEC 17025 experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
