Team Leader Maintenance Qualification (m/f/d)
We have collaborated with a leading with a leading biotech CDMO who are growing at 30% annually above market.
The company is in a position to invest in their teams and technologies which is driving their position forwards in the industry.
They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Qualification Team Lead to oversee all qualification activities with regard to systems and the maintenance.
The role is centred around conducting qualification on equipment, assets, and creating master qualification plans, qualification protocols and orchestrating change management tasks.
The right candidate will be onboarded to execute projects with a strong engineering compliance mentality with the end goal of having the engineering department defining their own processes internally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop master qualification plans and protocols
- Manage change management processes related to equipment qualifications
- Oversee project management activities pertaining to maintenance qualifications
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
- Working with external parties and auditors.
- Training on quality matters to the wider team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following skills or qualifications:
- At least 7 years' experience working in Biotech sector
- Strong leadership ability demonstrated through previous managerial roles
- Experience managing teams responsible for maintaining complex assets/equipment across multiple sites.
- Project Management certification will be beneficial but not required.
- A degree in Biotech or Chemical Engineering.
