We are currently support our Key Client - a Global Tier-1 Medical Technology Corporation to look for an exceptional talent who has years experiences of Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, also familiar with Transformation within the industry.
Role
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain management, and proactively apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and external partners, to support effective supply chain collaboration and communication.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, seeking opportunities to reduce environmental impact and promote ethical sourcing practices.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading supply chain teams in a global or regional capacity.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the pharmaceutical or medical technology industries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver tangible business outcomes.
