Key Responsibilities :

  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers for MRO, Capex, and services.
  • Purchasing Activities: Ensure the timely procurement of goods and services, negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
  • Capex Procurement: Handle all procurement activities for capital projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with plant operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure that purchasing aligns with business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues related to quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and procurement opportunities to generate savings and improve plant operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing for MRO, Capex, and services within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
