Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide Packaging Operators to ensure product quality through proper sanitation, processing, and packaging procedures.
Lead the onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes for staff.
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to address safety, quality, and production updates.
Oversee and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and TPM.
Monitor and adjust production schedules, resolving issues to keep operations on track.
Qualifications:
2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or CPG environment.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and process improvement methodologies.
2 years in process engineering.
