Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Pension Plan

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Application Developer with manufacturing experience to join our team. This is a hybrid role where you will play a key role in developing and implementing SPC software solutions for quality testing within a manufacturing setting. You will work closely with plant quality teams to ensure our software systems meet business requirements and continually evolve for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) software solutions to support quality testing initiatives.
- Drive application development within a manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth integration with current systems.
- Conduct gap analysis of current software systems to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with plant quality teams to ensure software solutions are aligned with business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Deploy, support, and enhance software solutions throughout their lifecycle.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in application development within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with SPC software or similar tools for quality testing and analysis.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they intersect with software solutions.
- Ability to perform gap analysis and implement practical improvements for existing systems.
