Procurement Buyer / Analyst

Our Client seeks a Procurement Analyst/Buyer in Hong Kong to support procurement operations. Responsibilities include sourcing, purchasing, and managing deliveries, requesting and reviewing supplier quotes, placing orders via Coupa, and managing logistics for APAC and global locations. The role also involves ensuring proper receipting of goods and resolving invoice-related inquiries with Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the local procurement manager on daily tasks.
- Handle procurement inquiries in APAC, including software, professional services, telecoms, and office fit-out.
- Request quotes, benchmark costs, and monitor ETAs for timely deliveries.
- Establish supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with the internal Legal team.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Raise and receipt purchase orders, support end users with Coupa.
- Liaise with finance and manage DocuSign envelopes.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in a high-impact procurement team, handling the full P2P process.
- Proficiency in IT and professional services procurement.
- Understanding of APAC procurement complexities.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Experience in contract negotiations and vendor agreements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, and DocuSign.
