Senior Business Manager - Premium Packaging
My client is a industry leader in hospitality supplies within luxury and premium packaging one-solution services. Due to business expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Business Manager for their sales office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new accounts.
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Negotiate, pricing and terms approval, manage global accounts with company high standards
- Develop more sales opportunities and collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Work closely on technical issues, specifications with the product development & R & D team in the HQ on all new customer requirements and ensuring all their ethical packaging requirements were adhered to.
- Developed other supply partners in Southeast Asia such as Indonesia, Thailand and Cambodia and EU.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines
- At least with solid 10 years of experience in key account management, sales operation and client services within luxury and premium personal care and hotel amenities packaging industries
- Good network of client relationship and accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas, pivot tables, PowerPoint and related software
- Good communicational skills in English and Chinese including Mandarin Chinese
- Driven, fast-paced, detail-minded and analytical individual
