Senior Manager of Product Development
he Senior Manager, Product Development, will lead the development of new products and enhance existing products within our portfolio. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure the successful launch of products that meet consumer needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the product development team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.
Develop and execute product development strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
