Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years' experience working in operations management within a manufacturing environment

Skills:
Operations Management - You should have extensive knowledge of managing day-to-day plant operations such as scheduling employees across different shifts, coordinating deliveries from suppliers and overseeing quality control measures.
