Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of API and regulated chemical category practices for personal-care business, including sourcing strategy definition, deployment, and stakeholder management, to maximize total cost of ownership savings and Procurement's value contribution while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies, and processes.
- Strive to meet mutually agreed Procurement targets, contributing to overall budgeting goals.
- Define and achieve clear targets in collaboration with Procurement counterparts and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- A relevant university or bachelor's degree is essential. A recognized qualification in procurement is considered an asset.
- Extensive knowledge of category at hand is preferred, with substantial professional experience at least 10 years in the same functional domain in pharmaceutical or related industry
- Define Category Strategy for regional Personal-care Business.
- Lead API category strategy implementation and savings realization.
- Support the efforts of a cross-functional Sourcing Team in all stages of a strategic sourcing project.
- Manage commercial supplier relationships with key suppliers within the defined category scope.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business representatives.
