Automation Engineer - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for enhancing production processes through innovative automation solutions at their East Windsor, NJ facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and SCADA systems to optimize plant operations.
• Focus on aseptic processing and liquid fill strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct validation of automated systems, ensuring compliance with all required specifications and pharmaceutical regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Aseptic Processing & Liquid Fill: Strong knowledge of sterile techniques to prevent contamination in drug formulation, particularly for liquid handling.
• PLC, HMI & SCADA Systems: Hands-on experience with industrial automation, control systems, and user interfaces.
• Validation Expertise: Ability to rigorously test and certify automation software and equipment to meet regulatory and operational standards.
