A rapidly growing global organization within innovative, high-quality food production is searching for a new Brand Marketing Manager as they expand across US Markets! In this role, you will lead the development and execution of both short and long-term brand strategies for assigned products. Your primary focus will be to drive brand equity, market share growth, and sales expansion through strategic initiatives and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development:
- Shape brand positioning, including defining architecture, target audience, value proposition, and messaging to differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities that will inform long-term brand growth strategies.
- Product Management:
- Spearhead the innovation pipeline, identifying product gaps and opportunities that align with brand strategy and the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring product alignment with brand strategy and consumer demands.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, providing actionable insights for improvements and new product innovations.
- Marketing Execution:
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams (sales, trade, product development) to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Actively incorporate consumer feedback to continuously refine and adjust brand strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of brand initiatives and product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management within Food or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industries
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.
