DSJ Global is hiring for a CPFR Demand Analyst in Kentucky.
Our client is a lead consumer good manufacturer and they are looking to bring on a Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment analyst to bring onto their team.
Responsibilities
Lead the weekly/monthly customer level forecast generation process.
Drive year on year improvements in demand accuracy through continued focus on process improvements (customer level forecasting, demand sensing and shaping techniques, etc).
Compile and analyze historical data, market trends, promotions and opportunities.
- Use and maintain current demand-planning systems to create the best forecast possible using established processes.
- Assess the impact of market changes or significant variances in the forecast and recommend appropriate revisions and tactics.
- Conduct accuracy analyses to maintain validity of forecast and assumptions.
- Monitors customers inventory levels against POS to predict/prevent internal demand risks.
- Report adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of relevant report/presentations used for facilitation of established collaboration calls.
- Develop, monitor and communicate reports on forecast accuracy to business unit and supply chain organizations, while driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal/external category management, sales, merchandising and planning teams.
- Identify internal and external risks to supporting customers demand in a timely manner.
- Make recommendations to enhance business processes,and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies with partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of Supply Chain Experience
- Experience in creating forecasts
- Customer Service/ Customer facing experience
- SAP knowledge/ experience.
