Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and replenishment plans
Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and production schedules to identify opportunities for improvement
Lead regular meetings with key partners to discuss forecasts, inventory status, and potential issues
Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure alignment with targets and objectives
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CPFR processes
Ensure timely and accurate communication of supply chain information to all stakeholders
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to forecasts, inventory, and replenishment
Prepare reports and presentations for management and partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in CPFR planning within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in demand planning and forecasting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
