Director of Engineering - Agricultural Machinery
Location: Germany | Team: 50 Engineers | Focus: R&D, Mechanical Engineering
As Director of Engineering, you will lead the development of cutting-edge machinery. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production, managing a team of 50 engineers across 2 sites.
Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D from concept to production for new agricultural machinery.
- Define product strategy and manage Multi-Generation Product Plans (MGPP).
- Oversee global collaboration between European and Global locations.
- Ensure top-tier product quality, supply chain development, and EU homologation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
Your Profile:
- Proven leadership in mechanical engineering, managing product development from start to finish.
- Experience with global teams and cross-region collaboration.
- Expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and quality standards.
- Fluent English (German optional).
