A fast growing, consumer products / retail company is hiring for a Director of Packaging Engineering based out of NYC (hybrid opportunity).
The Director of Packaging Development will be responsible for:
- Leading the testing, design & validation of new packaging systems
- Implementing cost savings initiatives
- Material selection, packaging standardization & working cross functionally with Procurement, Product Engineering, and Operations
- Overseeing the packaging team
The Director of Packaging Development must have:
- 10+ years of packaging development experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- CPG experience required
- Bachelor's in Packaging Engineering or related
