DSJ Global, a leading logistics company is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as Head of Ocean Freight. Based out of Antwerp, Belgium this role offers you an opportunity to lead the ocean freight operations for one of Europe's busiest ports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies that will drive growth within our ocean freight division
* Manage operational efficiency across all aspects including planning & execution
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external) while driving customer satisfaction through service excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management /Logistics.
- 10+ years' experience working specifically on international trade lanes especially between Asia-Europe/Mediterranean regions.
- Proven record in managing large-scale teams across various geographies while maintaining effective communication lines throughout organisations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure without compromising quality standards
