On behalf of a major multinational FMCG company, we are recruiting for a:
Manufacturing Excellence Manager
Reporting to: Plant Director
Tasks
- Manage projects related to the 4 production units, including decisions on new investments and modifications to the production lines
- Coordinate active and predictive maintenance and oversee spare parts management
- Implement continuous improvement and lean management initiatives to drive improvements in each production unit's performance
- Support management of new product launches, including confirming industrial feasibility, production line setups and process management
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with STEM major
- At least 10 years working experience in a production environment
- Experience in multinational FMCG companies
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and influencing stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to grow (promotions) within large organizations
- (plus) Familiarity with smart automation and IoT
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
