Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and enforce safety protocols, including 5S principles.
- Drive quality initiatives and lead Quality Leadership Teams.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet production goals based on KPIs.
- Evaluate production areas to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or 7-10 years equivalent experience
- Lean manufacturing knowledge, Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational abilities.
