Position Overview: Our client, a global leader in the production of automotive chemicals manufacturing space, is currently searching for a Quality Manager in the Lebanon, TN area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management and process improvement, and be very well versed across IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a strong culture of Quality Excellence with continuous improvement and innovation across the facility.
- Support customer service and auditing to ensure the plant stays within proper quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement activities at the facility and collaborate with other facilities on the same.
- Familiarity with the automotive space to conduct proper quality initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, quality, supply chain or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in quality control or quality assurance within automotive manufacturing
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification
