Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes, focusing on continuous improvement and defect prevention. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to enhance product reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Perform root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Analyze data from quality control processes to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and certification records.
- Support product validation and reliability testing in line with semiconductor industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) and semiconductor production processes.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), failure analysis, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
