Senior HRBP Manager / Country Head
Role Overview:
- Partner with the Country Manager to implement and review site strategic plans.
- Provide insights on organizational functions and team effectiveness.
- Manage recruitment, learning and development, compensation, and benefits in coordination with regional centers of expertise.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 10+ years of HR experience in multinational companies.
- Experience with global HR teams and international stakeholders.
- Proficient in Korean labor law and employee relations programs.
- Strong program management and employee engagement skills.
- Executive-level client management and leadership coaching.
- Effective communication and conflict management.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and government agencies.
- Strong networking and strategic training development skills.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational diagnosis to improve team performance.
- Partner with leaders and HR SMEs to deliver HR programs.
- Perform workforce analysis to identify trends and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations to align HR services with business needs and local legislation.
- Lead site management and advise on local regulations.
