I am currently representing a global market leading automotive company based in Liechtenstein that is searching for several strategic buyers with experience in electronics to join their team based in Liechtenstein. Responsibilities:
- In this position you control the global purchasing of the product group control units within electronics as part of new projects
- You will also carry out inquiries, purchase price analyses and negotiations in coordination with central purchasing
- You prepare procurement decisions, present them to the procurement committee and, after nomination, accompany the project through to industrialisation (start of production)
- Working in a cross-functional team you will be in charge of a global supplier panel on a commercial level
- You will also be actively involved in value analysis projects and support cost-oriented development
Experience Required:
- You have successfully completed your studies in industrial engineering with a focus on electronics or have a comparable study/training background
- You have several years of professional experience in the internationally oriented purchasing of electronic and electromechanical components
- Experience from the automotive industry or large-scale production is helpful
- You have already been able to demonstrate your strong communication skills and moderation skills
- You also have very good knowledge of English
- The willingness to travel internationally
