We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Tender Manager to join our client in Düsseldorf. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing tenders related to air and ocean freight, translating them into our internal software, and distributing them globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and analyze tenders from customers.
- Translate tenders into internal software and external rate cards.
- Distribute tenders globally and communicate with different regions.
- Collect and manage quotes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Export and submit completed tenders back to customers.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work with internal software and translate tenders.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
