We are looking for a skilled Controls Engineer to join an Industry Leading Transportation and Rail Manufacturer based out of their Columbus, OH location. Below is more information regarding the opportunity:
Location: Columbus, OH
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, modify, and enhance electrical and automation systems
- Design and deploy PLC programs, HMI systems, and integrated automation solutions
- Manage projects for new equipment installations and upgrades
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and procedures
- Provide training and technical support to maintenance teams
What We're Looking For:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in machine/process control commissioning & troubleshooting
- Strong PLC programming skills
- Proficiency in electrical system design and documentation
- Willingness to travel internationally
