Position Summary: They are seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Program Management to lead cross-functional project management efforts. In this high-profile role, you will ensure alignment on goals, deadlines, and deliverables across the organization, managing new model development from concept to production. You will be a key decision-maker, ensuring projects are on track and progressing in the best interest of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and continuously improve the program management function.
- Drive end-to-end cross-functional project management.
- Set and manage program goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure visibility and alignment on priorities, goals, timelines, and blockers.
- Manage project visibility tools and user expectations.
- Provide ongoing status updates to senior management.
- Develop strategic perspectives and solutions.
- Document and apply learnings and best practices to new programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management experience.
- Proven experience in defining and managing the program management function in a startup environment.
- Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with experience managing and influencing key stakeholders.
