Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction with primary responsibility for two major key accounts.
- Create tailored strategies that align with client goals and company objectives.
Necessary Experience & Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales performance especially in contract or commercial logistics environments.
- Detailed Knowledge Of Contract Logistics And Commercial Logistics: A deep understanding is crucial to manage complex service requirements effectively.
- Primary focuses for this role will be Staretgic Business Planning, Bid Management, Customer Experience, Value Add Programs, Process Improvement, and Customer Business Reviews.
Key Qualifications:
- Colllege Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or similar fields of study.
- Experience in the high tech or semiconductor industry
- 3-5 years in global key account management in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
