Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, product development, quality assurance, or process engineering
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for ingredient and product performance
- Train technical resources and operators on manufacturing processes
- Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiencies
- Advise on process safety and support safety improvements
- Coordinate commercialization of new products and cost-saving projects
- Maintain and update work instructions and process parameters
